My Decker Capital is seeking highly motivated and academically accomplished candidates with extensive Investment Banking or Private Equity experience with both native Chinese and English skills to join My Decker Capital as an Investment Banking Vice President. Working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and multi-cultural environment, the successful candidate will focus on providing investment banking services to high-growth companies in China, the world's fastest-growing economy.

The successful candidate must have native Chinese language skills as well as excellent English and will work to support the Managing Directors of the Firm in all phases of transaction work; including developing new clients, leading a transaction team, supervising pitch preparation, financial modeling, due diligence preparation, memorandum writing and valuation analysis. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and prior Investment Banking or Private Equity transaction experience.

Requirements:

• Native Chinese language skills - written and oral
• Fluency in written and oral English – minimum of 5 years US residence
• MBA holder from a top university
• 2-3 years of work experience as an Analyst or Associate at an Investment Bank, Management Consultancy or International Accounting Firm
• Willing to live in Beijing, China and travel when required
• CPA, CFA or a degree in Finance will be a plus
