Zheng Song
Managing Partner, MBA, Director of China Entrepreneur Committee

Ms. Song is a founding member of My Decker Capital. She has over 13 years investment banking and asset management experience and has been the managing partner of My Decker Capital since 2008.

In 2009, Ms. Song and My Decker Capital’s team successfully raised fund and established My Decker Capital China Fund I, a private equity fund focused on investing in retail, consumer products and media industry. It successfully completed a USD $40 million investment into Beijing New Cooperation Supermarket Chain Company (NCSN). In 2010, My Decker Capital established its RMB fund in Tianjin which is focused on China’s real estate, retail, consumer products and media industries.

Before founding My Decker Capital, Ms. Song had many years of investment banking experience during her tenure in the Corporate Finance and M&A Group at Credit Lyonnais Securities in New York where she completed a number of Initial Public Offering, Private Placement, Equity and Equity linked transactions. Ms. Song began her investment banking career in the Corporate Finance Group at UBS Warburg in Hong Kong where she worked on a number of cross border M&A and ADR Issuance transactions.

Ms. Song has an MBA from Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University – Bloomington where she graduated with honors. Ms. Song holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and is fluent in Mandarin and English.


J. Nicholas Decker
Managing Director

Mr. Decker is a founding member of My Decker Capital and has over 20 years entrepreneurial experience in the financial services and technology industries. He manages both investor and client relationships and plays a lead role in evaluating investment projects. Mr. Decker has broad operational experience and leverages his experience and relationships in the financial services industry to assist MDC's portfolio companies to achieve their growth objectives and enhance corporate governance.

Prior to joining My Decker Capital, Mr. Decker spent 8 years at JP Morgan Chase as Vice President and Program Manager managing progressively larger multi-million dollar projects for JPMC’s Investment Banking and Worldwide Securities Services divisions. Prior to JP Morgan, he has worked as a senior manager with a number of companies including Deloitte and Touche.

Mr. Decker has a Bachelors Degree from the State University of New York at Albany and also holds a number of post-graduate certifications.


Mark Xu
Executive Vice President

Mr. Xu has over 14 years experience in investment banking and asset management, media and technology industries. While he was working in the financial services industry, he successfully raised a RMB fund and completed several government owned enterprise restructuring and investment projects. Mr. Xu’s primary responsibility at My Decker Capital is to originate transactions.

Before joining My Decker Capital, Mr. Xu worked as Director and Deputy CEO at Beijing Gold Buffalo Consulting Co. where he participated and completed Beijing Grain Group’s pre-IPO restructuring and private equity investment. Prior to that, Mr. Xu worked as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of McKinsey & Company’s Non-Profit Partners (NPP), a venture fund in Beijing, COO of CCTV MMIA, a leading media and advertising company and General Manger of Strategic Development Department at Beijing Yi Hua International Trading Company, an exclusive distributor of Philips China.

Mr. Xu is a Beijing native and has an MBA and a Bachelor Degree from Oriental Financial Japanese University.


Roy Kwok
Vice President, CFA

Mr. Kwok has over 8 years of investment banking and asset management experience.  He has extensive experiences in research, trading and identifying investment opportunities.

Prior to joining My Decker Capital, Mr. Kwok spent 5 years in New York at LibertyView Capital Management, a hedge fund of Lehman Brothers, and focused on the convertible arbitrage strategy.  His responsibilities included performing credit and equity research, identifying investment opportunities in the U.S. convertibles universe, originating credit and volatility trading ideas, and managing and trading the portfolio.  In 2007, Mr. Kwok was responsible for setting up and managing the Asian convertibles strategy for LibertyView.  He relocated to Hong Kong in 2008 to engage in managing the Asian portfolio for the firm.

Mr. Kwok began his career in New York as an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch.  He was involved in transactions and assignments across multiple industries.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of Wisconsin, Madison.  He passed the CPA exam, is a CFA charterholder, and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.


Jenny Zheng
Associate

Ms. Zheng is a Beijing native. She has a Master of Arts degree in Economics from University of Alberta. Her Master's thesis is titled "Internet Use and Labor Market: Outcome of Canadian Workers," And the thesis was awarded the Graduate Research Prize from the Department of Economics. She also obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from University of Saskatchewan where she graduated with high honors. She participated in the market research of new construction materials and methods in Saskatchewan Home Builders’ Association.

Ms. Zheng has passed the Canadian Securities Course and is fluent in both Mandarin and English.


Ray Bakhramov
Advisor

Mr. Bakhramov has 15 years experience in the Investment Banking and Portfolio Management industry. He co-founded Forum Asset Management (“FAM”) in 2001 and is responsible for identifying investment opportunities in Eastern Europe and Asia. Prior to joining FAM, Mr. Bakhramov was at Columbus Advisors where he developed and implemented various investment and trading strategies (relative value, sovereign and corporate bonds, distressed situations, local markets, options and equities) and real time trading analytics, program trading, and risk management platforms for the group of funds. Mr. Bakhramov was also responsible for the set up of the fund's capability to trade highly illiquid/distressed Asian and Eastern European securities, as well as, taking an active role in various debt restructuring/rescheduling negotiations on behalf of the creditor groups. Prior to this, he was a sales trader at Renaissance Capital Group in Moscow, where he was responsible for client trading and analysis of the Russian fixed income instruments and where he implemented the first structure that allowed Western investors to access the Russian local treasury market. From 1995 - 1996, Mr. Bakhramov was at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was actively involved in all aspects of asset-backed transactions in Home Equity, Manufactured Housing and Student Loans.

Mr. Bakhramov holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Organization and a Master of Science in Economic Theory from the St. Petersburg Polytechnik Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia.
